hangin’ downtown
I got a chance to hang downtown with the Larson family and we had a grand time exploring alleys. There are so many great photo locations in Fargo Moorhead and quite a few of them are within walking distance from the loft! So that cool urban look is certainly possible in the upper midwest. Here are a few more shots from the session. Mom did a good job with the wardrobe, the bright colors really popped! The girls were awesome and I captured so many great images of them. I’m thinking it will be hard for mom and dad to pick their favorites.
This last one captures them perfectly with the 2 year old jumping instead of walking and older sis flashing a huge smile when no one was looking. If you’re hoping to do a family session with the urban look now’s the time! Have a great weekend everyone, I need to get ready for my first beanSPROUT baby session! I also have a crafty treat in the works for next week 
the stars aligned…
I bet you money that this mom will think the stars must have aligned to get this great family picture. She didn’t seem to believe me when I told her we were getting some amazing shots.
Isn’t this just perfect? I love everything about it. Well, except that they had to sit in some bird poop to make it happen… I hope you like it Larson family! Check back next week for more of this family session and those adorable girls.

hello there!
**crickets** It’s been so quiet here since the launch of Tiny Sprout Portraits. So I’m here to break the silence and chase away any lingering crickets! We’re hoping to start posting more regularly, especially once we get more sessions booked. I actually have my first official Tiny Sprout session tomorrow morning, I can’t wait! So until I have new sprouts and their families to show off I thought I would show you some of my favorite photos taken up at the loft.
We’ll start with my weakness for amazing eyelash pictures, I get especially weak in the knees when those gorgeous lashes are on cute baby boys.
I also tend to get overly giddy about ruffle butts, those perfect sparkly eye shots, laughing that isn’t fake, and funny baby expressions.
So there are just a few of my favorite photos so far. I’m sure I’ll have a ton more favorites soon. Have a happy weekend everyone!
