H is for Happy!
This little cutie has been on the blog before, you’ll probably remember her from this session with her 3 older sisters. This time it was all about the baby of the family because little Anja just turned 1! I swear she is just the happiest of happy babies.
She was so thrilled with her new walking skills. And showed off whenever possible!
I had such a hard time narrowing down my favorites. I really really wanted to post them all, so many fantastic shots from this session. Anyways I narrowed it down to 11, yeah… like I said, too many good ones!!
Love this red ruffle outfit, Ria must have just gotten it, we discovered it in the prop closet and just had to try out.
That’s all for now! Have a good weekend everyone!! Hugs!
Sugar High!
This was one busy photo session, a 3 year old big sister and 1 year old twins! Their birthdays are only a week apart so mom brought up some cake for everyone!! As you can see, the girl twin was all about getting messy. We had to encourage the boy to do the same. Big sis was a bit hesitant but she got a kick out of feeding her little brother
Mom had also brought along some fruit loops for a treat during the session and at one point I was taking pics of the baby girl and her brother snuck over and dumped them all out! It was a pretty funny scene, I couldn’t help but laugh, they were just loving being surrounded by fruit loops.
If you follow Ria’s blog at all then you’ve most likely seen these guys before. They sure have grown up!
Going Digital!
We’ve been making a few changes at Tiny Sprout Portraits! You might have noticed this post about looking for a new photographer to expand the team. There’s still time to apply! Another exciting change has been with our collections, we’ve gone digital!! Yup! A lot of you have asked for this and we’re happy that we can now provide you with your favorite high-res digital files from your session. It seems like a lot of our Tiny Sprout mom’s and dad’s are tech savvy and now you’ll be able to create photo books, birthday invites, digital scrapbook pages or anything else you can think of! You’ll also have the added security of being able to backup the files. If you’d like to see our new collection pricing just shoot us an email at hello@tinysproutphoto.com.

And because it’s a crime to have a post on a photography blog without a photo… here’s a sneak peek of a recent session!
Love how proud this big sister looks. Have a good weekend!
Independent ~ [natural light child photographer]
Mr. Independent…yes I would say that sums up this little man! He is 2 yrs old and VERY independent. He sure let me know what he liked and didn’t like, the blocks were something he didn’t just like.. he loved!
He even brought along his little sister…he was willing to share her for some pictures!
Miss “C” was such a good baby. I just wanted to squish her little cheeks the whole time she was here!
Thanks for the fun day guys!
Toddling!
This sweetie came in a few months after her first birthday and was all over the place. It’s so fun watching how busy these babies get! She had a blast with this pink bucket… Take out the fruit, put it back… Dump it out, pause to pose with a pear, put it back…
Her mom and I had fun dressing her up in multiple tutu’s and swapping out hair accessories. LOVED her faces in these next two.
And for being such a fantastic little model she got treats! Cheerios and her first ever sucker.
Would you like to be a part of the tiny sprout team?
Hello Tiny Sprout readers! I am excited to announce that we are looking at adding another associate photographer to the tiny sprout team. If you think this is something that would interest you, please e-mail Michelle at the studio (subject line: new photographer) and she can send you some more detailed information about the position, as well as information about how to apply. The applicant would need to be available at least two days per week and occasional weekends. If you are selected for a first round of interviews, you will be required to submit a portfolio of images of children you have photographed. The interview process will not take place for a few weeks, so spend this time pulling together a portfolio of which you are proud!
