favorites from my mini-sessions!
I’m blogging out of order today, as I have several sessions to still blog about! I did 4 mini-sessions a while back up at the studio. It was a busy day, but a fun one! I hope everyone has a blessed holiday season.

What a busy season it has been! I’m excited to finally get to show you all some of my favorites from our recent mini-session. It was a ton of fun, a lot of work, and totally worth it!
I’m very much looking for our next round of mini-sessions so keep an eye on the blog for an announcement this spring!

mini-session favorites!
Holy cow Christmas is only 10 days away! It has been busy busy up at the studio, but I have a few extra minutes, so I thought I would share some of my favorites from our mini-sessions (which were a great success again! A BIG THANK YOU to all that helped make it such a great success!) with you. I am sure the other gals will be sharing their favorites soon!
Christmas cuties
These two came to see me a few weeks ago…and boy did the camera love their blue eyes! Thanks for coming in, Isabelle & Christian!
Brother & Sister [Fargo Family Photography]
This brother and sister came up to visit with their mom in tow. After a rough start (including a reschedule, lots of crying & teething, and a nap-time hiatus) we were finally able to sit down and get this session completed!
Big brother started out super shy so rather than have him come to me, I just snuck around on the floor with him. He eventually came out of his shell over the lure of the super-cool space chair!
Now this little lady was having none of what I could offer as far as songs, funny faces, and the like! Thankfully after she had a small nap we were able to resume photos and was able to get some great shots. This is a great example of the looks she gave me!
As you can see we did get a few smiles out of her!
Then we ended the session with a smash cake! After a little prompting from mom she dug right in!

This family claims that they’ve NEVER, ever had family photos before. They did AMAZING!!
Thanks “O” Family for allowing me to capture some moments of your family…it was certainly a special session for me.
cousins ~ [FM Natural Light Photographer]
I LOVE cousin pictures! My sister and I are BFF’s so our kids have no choice but to hang out with each other…quite frequently! Her 4 and my 2 have such a special bond! I have a scrapbook at home that is dedicated to “cousin” pictures! Once a year we coordinate outfits and bribe them to cooperate! So much fun to look back at how much they’ve changed!
I love the story behind these cousins. The moms are sisters…and they married twin brothers! How cool is that!? 
Thank you, Erin and Laura (and your hubby’s too)! Your children are adorable and were such a joy to photograph!
